Ovarian PRP technique is done for poor responder women with very low AMH levels.
The blood of the woman is centrifuged and implanted back to the ovaries. This creates a reaction in the hormone levels of the patients and we may see increases in AMH levels. The procedure is done after the menstrual bleeding of the woman. Anesthesia is used during the procedure. The patient can go home afterward. The procedure takes about 2 hours . 2 months later the AMH test is requested and according to the doctor’s decision, IVF treatment starts.
